DoD 3.1B - available again!!

i remember those days, that is when everyone hated steam when they took over... But now look it saves time on reloading all files for dod...lol. I bet the graphics would be a shocker to see now compared to DOD:S

Hm... you might want to delete the "dod31" folder, and re-install it. If you tried to change to a graphical setting that was incompatible, this could happen... and then every time you try to boot it up, that setting is what crashes you.

Will do SpetzNaz. What's the highest setting that I should go with? Because 1920x1080 did not work so well.

Heh, not sure. I played with 1680x1050 just fine, but I'm really not sure what the highest the game can handle is.

As for the maps that some people mentioned, yeah... its quite spiffy. Going back to Caen, Thunder, Zafod, Koln, Overlord (the original beach map!), and so forth. Glorious memories.

I do believe it is. HL1 games did have generous hit boxes.
