TF2 hl2.exe problem

so yeah i dont know whats wrong with my tf2...my cs1.6 works... i tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling. my graphics card is up to date... i dont know whats wrong im getting ticked off

when i try to run it i get that hl2.exe error... its i also forgot to mention i was forced to reboot my whole comp about 4 days ago... but before reboot i use to be able to play tf2
