New DoD:s Division Announcement Header?

Okay, so I'm bored with the plain text used in the DoD:s Division Announcements so I made this.... I rendered the Model from garry's mod. I posed him and everything... I would advise not to try lol that pose took me 3 hours..... :/

I dnt like the new one. The red over dos it.

I like the new Division Leaders text, new names, but the red title over does it a tad bit, maybe revert back to the old title but keep the bottom part.

Then again, I am a novice in Gimp, so my opinion shouldn't hold very much weight.

I use CS2.. but thanks for the Info guys I will make some changes and put up a new one tomorrow.
