Post Removals in the Recruiting Office?

I like to post replies and welcome new members in the recruiting office, but lately I've noticed a lot of admin welcome posts getting deleted, making it look people other than admins are trying to accept users. Could you guys please not do this? Maybe take a closer look at the application before deciding to accept them, saving a lot of awkward moments when you decide to remove the post.
