Making CS:S maps

Hi, just wanna know what you guys use off programs to make maps...

i has tryed Valve hammer bot, it not easy to do.
Do you know some better programs or guides, to how to use valve hammer or another program?

i believe thats the only tool you can use to make maps in source.
