Need Myspace HTML and DIV help

Hey, Im making me a new profile in photoshop and notepad, But...

I cant figure out how to add both a Add a comment box and put my comments in a scroll bar.

Anyone know how to do these, or can someone point me to a good tutorial?

I have a comment box code:

That's not my profile, but Look where it says "Comment here". Im wondering if you can make a scroll box in photoshop that actually scrolls, but it shows your comments, not the Add a comment box.

Specify the comment box size, then set overflow to auto.
