Many TF2 Errors and objects missing?

Hey guys, I'm having some problems with TF2. Either object or players can't be seen, or things like turrets, and sentries have problems... have any of you had this? And I've reinstalled TF2 and it didn't solve the problem.

did u press the window key or anything this happens if u exit out of tf2 accidentally

Are you sure? I've never had this with any other game..

yeah when like a soldier is flying it is usually because u hit the window key how often does this happen

Not specifically the windows key. If you minimize the game in general (Alt + Tab, Windows key, popup) and maximize it again, you might get a bug in which some players may be invisible. Quite an easy fix: Type "record" then stop in the console. This will refresh the models (or something like that. )

Also, if you run in windowed mode, this will never happen.

I'm almost certain everyone has this problem when they alt-tab out of tf2
