Anyone know if I can run COD4?

Here are my specs
2 processors running - AMD Turion(tm) X2 Ultra Dual-Core Mobile ZM-80
2.0 GB RAM
Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition, 64-bit
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3450

I would run it on low/medium settings cuz i dont meet the recommended specs, but would it skip too much on low/med?

Yes I did that, but it said I dont meet the recommended cuz my processer isnt fast enough.
