motherboard compatability

I was just wondering if these things are compatible, and if I would have any issues with voltage/freq

Doubt it. Usually the setting for the voltage is set stock on the motherboard. Its also usually low enough so it works, but you can put it up a bit (and hopefully not burn out your components)

Should be just fine. If you run into voltage issues with the memory just put in one stick, then go into the bios and set it manually.

you will have to bump up the voltage to 2.1 on the ram cause the board runs at 1.8 to get it to run right.my friend just bought that same board,it died after 2 months both of them they one they sent him died also..ive had 1 gigatank board never again.
