Council, from time to time, has to make tough decisions for the betterment of the clan.
Our latest decision is regarding DoD houses.
The house system was created in order to manage our DoD players better, making sure everyone was promoted on time and was recognized for their achievements. We now have a Division Leaders system, which we believe will give us extra resources to draw on to make the DoD side run better.
Effective immediately, all houses will be closed. House leadership forums will be closed and Vent channels will be renamed from house channels to server channels.
You will not be required to remove your house tag until you see fit, however, we encourage everyone to do that quickly in order to help bring unity to the clan. The A|R team will remain unchanged and will be allowed to continue wearing the A|R tag.
House leaders will be reclassified as Advisors. These leaders will answer to the Division Leaders and all will be reviewed to see who is active and contributing to the clan before we scale down to a realistic leadership roster.
Details are being worked out regarding new awards for playing or idling in a specific server.
The Council hopes that this change will be as painless as possible, but we also know that sometimes change is uncomfortable. Keep in mind that we have the whole clan to think about and not just our individual groups. We have the best servers in DoD and the best possible clan members and admins. With that, we can?t fail.
