The Heavy always cracks me up. Trying capturing the intel on a ctf map sometime as a Heavy, he is dead before he gets anywhere near it.

I've capped the flag as a Heavy plenty of times, and I've seen the Coupons try it a few times with reasonable results. You just need a Medic to back you up, a Soldier or Demoman if you want to make sure you and your Medic wil survive all the way back.

Or if the CP is in a corner, be by a Disp. and Medic and just keep shooting.

Spys also have a good chance of capping the intel but it does hinder some of its greatest abilities. Id rather not cap with a heavy because of how slow it is (obviously) and the fact that his mini-gun, his best weapon, makes him move too slow.
