Why won't my rank bar show?

It would help if I didn't set the two fields that control the division tags / =(e)= tag to administrator only viewing...

Look at anyone's avatar, then look down a bit further and you'll see the e/eG/eGO symbol. That's what we're talking about.

That's weird because I can see everyone's rank bar. What could be causing that??? That is too weird.
