What Mods Do You Use?

I don't use any at all not for any game ever since quake I

Don't skins slow down the game a bit?

They do for me, but that doesn't make me want to remove them. =D

Anyway, I have so many skins that I should just supply pics of them in game since I'm too lazy to find them all. I'll get them when I can. Don't worry, they won't destroy the thread. =P

I will say that I have what most people have posted already, but not all of them.
