I hate this glitch!

I really hate this glitch here in DAY OF DEFEAT SOURCE!
You know when you start DODS you would see a person with a Valve at the back of his head right!
I try to skip that part by pressing Enter Button
But than these days when i press enter the program would not respond and I have close everything

Right Click on Day of Defeat from steam -> Properties -> Set Launch Options... -> Type -novid

The Valve logo will no longer show.
