A Wintery Thunderous meeting

Just thought I'd post a few pics of our recent meeting between Thunderhorse, Wintermute, and myself. We had lots of Texas style BBQ, like a giant roasted pig. Woot for meeting fellow eGO members in real life!

The poor pig that was killed and cooked and who apparantly tasted amazing. Kind of gross to look at...

Naw it was cooked to perfection... Not overcooked...That meat was sliding off the bones.

Half of the ribs were taken out Midday and the other half taken out at the end to be extra crispy.... allot of people like crispy meat.

Was done by one of Wintermutes uncles.

Apparantly they got the pig already killed from a butcher, and woke up at 4:30 am to start cooking and preparing it for everyone to eat at 6:00 pm.

Oh dear god. I can't believe this picture made it to the forums.

The pig was amazing, we had a keg of Shiner Bock, and jalapeno sausages. It was a good day.

Now I'm hungry.
