save the pic u want and then drag it into the cstrike folder.

to get to the cstrike folder:

C:/Program Files/Steam/steamapps/username/CSS/cstrike

what game? if its source you just have to upload it to the game....

isnt it also in a different format you are suppose to have too? i remember i have to change the format of some of my sprays in order to get it to work for DOD:S

and first, since you said the pic is online, lets left click on the picture, and click save as onto your computer XD j/k, little joke because you said "upload a pic from online and make it my spray in game" XD
