The world is filled to the limit and over the top with awesome songs and mind blowing melodies. From alltime classics to unknown diamonds. There is and always will be music that makes you wanna start playing an instrument just to play that solo.

For me there are endless numbers of songs that I could share with you but to keep this rather short here's my my favorite solo and riff:

I'm a huge Zappa fan and always love a good Montana. Big fan of this line up with Ruth and Napolean.

There are way too many. Most of 'em by Pink Floyd. This track from the film and the album and "The Wall" is laden with riffs that I like. One is just the eerie tune in the background. Although there is a solo later that I love, but thats oddly enough an "important" riff that appears through out the album/film, but I think this is the only track where it gets its own solo. Maybe once during The Trial.

I might list more, but they are hard to find on YouTube. Mostly Pink Floyd again, I do love them so much :P Might know a couple by The Pillows/Lacuna Coil I could list, but nothings come to mind yet...
