780I Motherboard issues

Just built a new computer. Powers up just fine. Rebooted to test that and the fans started up, light on the motherboard came on but i don't have power to my graphics card or any of the plugs in the back (lan, mouse, keyboard, etc) so ergo, my screen says there is no input. I can wait a couple of hours and boom, like nothing happened. Any ideas?

get a post code 25 when it won't boot. motherboard beeps, but only on a good boot post code goes to FF when this happens

FF... I think that's overheat or a bad mobo.
