I wanted to play INS today and I hadn't for quite some time. When I checked http://www.gametracker.com/search/?query=(eGO)&per_page=50 it didn't say an eGO INS server onthere. How come?

I wanted to play INS today and I hadn't for quite some time.

As you might know you can always just go to Game Server Listing and you will find the 2 EdgeGamers Organization INS servers.

72.233.91.37:27016

When I checked http://www.gametracker.com/search/?query=(eGO)&per_page=50 it didn't say an eGO INS server onthere. How come?

Because EdgeGamers Organization/we haven't added it as one of our servers.
