Choke

I've been having choke up 50ish on our servers since I got back from break.

I have my rate at 20000, updaterate at 30 and cmdrate at 66.

I don't have a router.

Any ideas?

I have Vista 64 is that helps at all.

I have also been experiencing this. My computer was brand new a year ago and got 0 choke (might have gone to 1-2 every once in a while). Now my choke is all over the place going as high as 70! Is choke related to computer specs or internet because I recently got a router and my internet's been pretty crap =/

The only hardware that could affect choke would be your networking card and your router.

Also, it now happens on both my computers. And the other one is on a router.

I'm connected to a 10MByte/sec university network. I didn't have any choke before break.
