My mom has a dell laptop& shes hates it, My mom and dad share, but he doesn't like her using his pc So I'm looking for a pc Around 300$-600$ at lease a desktop for like, Emailing,Playing Real Arcade games, Stuff like that not really hard core gaming

Also if it came with a monitor that be nice too!
