can you come put my I7 into my computer i look tooo many cords n stuff idk what to do! lol.

Good build, but the both CPU coolers are terribly overpriced and do terrible for what your paying for. Get a heatsink where the heatpipes directly touch the CPU, it makes a HUGE difference and costs MUCH less.

actually the v8 overdid most of the other high-tier coolers on the market when it came out with exceptions against noctua's cpu cooler, so I do not know where you got your information from

I beg to differ, here is a quote.

TweakTown said:
The decisive moment for Sunbeamtech?s innovative Core-Contact Freezer lays here. Of all of the coolers we have tested, the CCF is the best to date in load temperatures. The shocking part is that the CCF beats the Noctua NH-U12P at load even when in used with two fans. At idle the CCF is only beaten by the Noctua and that is only by a small margin. And when it comes down to it, no one really cares too much about a 2 degree difference at idle unless you are going for the world?s fastest overclocked idle processor award.

ok the SBCCC might be it slightly at load temps. it loses at idle temps. These tests do not even include the v8 nor any products by thermalright so its hardly a comparison of all or even most of the top of the line coolers.

on a side note the CCC is great if you would like a wind tunnel sound for a cooler. the noctua coolers are much quieter.

Terrible review, sorry to say hehe :P

Most OC'ing sites have far better reviews, testing many more models by far more brands and doing them repetitively so as not to give a false result.

Time and time again however the best air cooler is proven to be the all copper TRUE. The TRUE extreme is the second best followed often by the Tuniq tower. Copper TRUE is far to expensive however for the slight edge it has over the much cheaper TRUE extreme.

The Xigmatek is the best (proven on almost every credible benchmark) bang for buck air cooler. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233023 Can also buy it cheaper without fan, have seen it as low as $22 when on sale.

how is this post still alive?? he built this thing in january lmao........but yea to the heatsink comment above, the V8 performs well but it actually doesnt perform as well as the new direct touch heatsink designs, atleast from what i've read. Im using a OCZ vendetta 2 and my Q6600 doesnt go aabove 60 at 3.65ghz
