DoD:S lag with INS lag....

well....i'm getting lag to where its making the player stop.go.stop.go every god forsaken second. i do not know why or whats causing it. my fps in counter is over 1000! if any1 can help me, i'll REALLY love it and i could make a video of it but, i think some1 has already had my problem. also, i would like to start playing DoD:S again instead of css....

is your fps over 1000 or is it your ping/latency?
