GMOD 10 Extra effects

I just bought Gmod 10 and I've been having a ton of fun so far. I want to know how to add extra effects like muzzle flash, blood spray and the like. I saw a video (http://forums.facepunchstudios.com/showthread.php?t=200142) and I want to know where to get a mod like this becauase that effect looks really cool. I do want static muzzle flash and blood effects so I can move them around and make them look just right. Thank you!

Huh? If you have GMOD10 it's a default tool.

Edit: The blue thing that signifies them will vanish if you pull out a camera tool.

Where exactly is the STOOL tool? I couldn't find it in the "Q" menu.

yeha it takes a little while but if you want to add stuff like ragdolls and the such go to garrysmod.org.....oh get winRaR first

No they aren't. How can you not know Garry Newman?

You can still download Garry's Mod 9 for free, just check on halflife2.filefront.com. But GMod 10 is better and you'll actually get support for it from the official site.
