I'm not sure why but I know that it's better to drink warm water rather than cold water.

yes warm-hot water is better for the body cause it kills diseases & common illnesses. common illnesses thrive on cold temperature, so the best way to fight it is vitamins + warm-hot water (esp tea).

Boiling water is only good for tea and coffee...

Boiling water reminds me of my teacher lol. He lived in China for a long time so whenever he drinks his water he puts it in the microwave and gets it hot before drinking.

Mine has to be SUPER DUPER BRAIN FREEZE ICE COLLLD. It tastes like crap warm or just semi-cold. Either that, or steaming hot. I generally perform it colder, though steaming hot water is kinda neat to have during this time of year when its -7 degrees!
