Radeon 4350, now no sound?

i installed the card today, but before even inserting my vid drivers i noticed the sound device was not functioning. after restarting with drivers, i still do noit have a sound device, or a drop down menu to select one in the audio options.

im on windows XP, anyone have any ideas?

Note: yes i tried to reinstall sound

sound card?or onboard sound?
sound card you might have moved the card out the slot a bit when installing card.. onboard happens sometimes when new stuff is added it get reset in bios,might have to turn it back on.

bios had it set to auto, i switched it to enable, now i have sound.... thanks

now i have to figure out why i dont have a sound icon in my task bar, but thats ok i have media keys on my keyboard
