I would go for Philippines (you spelt Philippines wrong, there should be like 2 p's on it) bcuz i'm a filipino..... Japan would be also interesting bcuz they got the latest technologies....

I picked philipines and China because I know little about philipines and have never been to either.

Have been to Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, and India.

I would go to Thailand i think. if i had not been there it would be first choice for me.

not really true, they make the technology and export it overseas. Japan is not as high tech as most people think.

Japan tend to keep the best technology for domestic and export technology that are main stream to overseas. For example, honda is not selling Type R to overseas. Japan is more on the creative side than the high tech side.
