New steam account, how do i put its SteamID on my profile instead of my old 1?

Okay i want to use my old steam account because its a 5 digit which was previously stolen but now recieved back for gaming now but cant figure outt if im able to put its SteamID on my maul to replace my old steamID one without maknig a new ego account.

Em i able to do this?
No my current steam account didnt get banned i can prove it to you if you want.
