It is Echoes by Pink Floyd. It displays their talent and range as a progressive band and its extremely haunting and beautiful.

I also have to say Pink Floyd for one. Any song from The dark side of the moon or Wish you were here will work just fine. Metallica - Jump in the fire, yet again, almost any of their song would be chosen here. And Iron Maiden has some sweet songs too. To bring out one (since max number of songs is 3) I'd say Hallowed be thy name is one of their best (in my opinnion).
