So what game are you looking forward to the most in 2009?

Partial list of what I'm hyped for:

F.E.A.R 2
Empire: Total War
Resident Evil 5
The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena
Demigod
Red Faction: Guerrilla
Starcraft 2
Dawn of War 2
Bioshock 2
GTA IV: The Lost and Damned
CrimeCraft
Borderlands
Saboteur
Alpha Protocol
Killzone 2
Prototype
Dragon Age: Origins
The Sims 3

That is about $1000 worth of games right there...
 
Personally, my list of games that im really hyped for in 2009 is rather short.

So far, it includes:

Empire: TW (which I have already preordered)
Starcraft 2.... lets just hope this one actually comes out this year
Diablo 3... slim chance for 2009
Episode 3/Portal 2.... since nothing has really been announced for this, I also dont think its going to make it out this year.

Since you mentioned Bioshock 2, I would definitely be interested if it is actually coming out this year.

Thats about it, pretty short list for now, maybe others will grab my interest later on.

Hello Kitty

Thats right folks... new Hello Kitty game is coming. It will be full of adventures, new quests, and of course kittyness.

L4D DLC (fingers crossed)
Dragon Age: Orgins
Empire: Total War
The Sims 3
 
I like the GTA IV expansion, The Sims 3 and Resident Evil 5, I hope they make the controls better than Resident Evil 4.
 
RE5 and SC2 is about it for me.
And XpliciT, how can you hate on the RE4 controls? They're what made the game so interesting because with a typical layout the game would have been extremely easy.
CoD: MW2 is coming out this year too no? That will be interesting to see.

Well then, that will probably on my list.

I also forgot to add earlier... kinda looking forward to Cities XL. Havent had a good city building game in a while and this one looks like it should be pretty good. I think its coming out this year, but with games, you never know.

That's about it...not really hyped for SC 2 now that they're doing the splitting.
 
i am defiantly hitting up Diablo 3 when it comes out. Diablo 2 stole a good years from my life and Diablo 3 will do the same.

Starcraft 2 looks good... but i am burnt out of RTS's

and also i want to check out Star Wars Galaxys if it comes out this year... I want to see what they can do to it now that they have the KotOR crew working on it... and KotOR ROCKED!
