Worth to be concerned?

So I was playing TF2 in 2for the other day and suddenly my game crashed.
When I logged back to Steam and joined to same server again it said: This user ID is already active on this server. Or something like that.
So now I'm afraid that my Steam account has been stolen, or was this only a lag for that crash?

Are you able to log in to steam and, can you join the server now? If you think your account my have been stolen and you can still log in you should change your password and verify that your email address in steams database is correct.

It's because the game crashed. Don't be worried about anything. Your client was still logged into the server (because of lag and the crash) when you tried to join.

It used to happen to me. Sometimes it was bad and the only way I could get it fixed was to start another steam game (other than the one I was playing when I locked up) and join a server. As soon as I did that I could quit and rejoin the game/ server I had originally been playing.
