Evening Gentlemen!
Well, I've been chewing on this idea for awhile now. And.. well, we just got a green light for this. So, the idea's that have been floating through my head are finally being put down on paper...er...microsoft word.. Yes, anyways. *Cough*. What's going to happen is we need a dedicated amount of people. That means people who can show up when we post announcements, that means I need competent, MATURE, gamers that are willing to take part in up coming video's..
What we can do with 0 planning, and just the need to be funny:

Back when I was a big DoD:S player, and Captain of the 1st Special Service Force, a Day of Defeat: Source Realism unit, we stayed up all night four our 6 month activation party. It included rap battles, some games, dance offs, it was a blast. I set up everyone with a little motion like this for laughs, check it out. To bad me and the guy who filmed this are on bad terms now, we had a lot of fun together.

What we're thinking of for our first project, is very simple. But very important. There IS a CS:S jail server rule book, but it's very bland. I'd like to make it into a.. comical, sketch, so to say.. Then after we're used to working together, I'm writing a story right now that I'd like to put in game.
Anyone can be funny. ANYONE can say a good joke, put a smile on peoples faces. But it takes a special kind skill to connect people to the movie, have them relate in certain ways. That is exactly why making a dramatic film... Scratch that, a GOOD dramatic film, is something we should all strive for.
Now there are plenty of positions I need filled.
Voice Actors,

Narrator, (I might just take that job hehehe)
Editors,
Writers.
I've got two people who can film for me, but it doesn't hurt to have more. If you can do that type of stuff, post it!

Keep in mind fellas. We could have 300 people on the vid team. But it's a first come first serve basis, unless you hold a key role, or you voice was already used in that current shot. So, we'll be setting up date and times to practice, who ever shows up, Awesome, but I MAY ask people to step out. Simply to make room for key roles. Such as another Camera man.

Scene 1
Jails most often broken rule: Free killing.
Free killing. One of the most hated things in any jail server. Whether it be eGO's, or any random server. We're here to show you exactly what, "Free killing is".
*Fades to black*.
Camera Angle, Alcatraz, 2nd story, out side of the jail cell with the breakable vent door.
Scene: We're going to have Poldena2 yell as a CT.. They'll be lined up, then slowly moving towards the door to the outside field.(Camera angle switches above, out side the armory door) Poldena2 is going to use a very annoying high pitched voice and practically swallow his mic giving very annoying orders.
(Camera angle switches head level, 2-4 feet away from the Terrorist line.)
One ballsy T will rush Poldena2, he'll open fire... On everyone. Killing the entire t force.. The camera will zoom in on Poldena2's screaming player, he'll slowly turn around after panting. And read Rogue Snipers famous spray of "IF YOUR READING THIS, YOUR ABOUT TO BE PERMANENTLY BANNED". He'll say this "Agghh.. Cra-" Voice, being cut short.
Fade to black.
Text scrolls down the screen.
"Now that, was a bad example".
Screen fades back in. This scene should take no longer then 5 seconds or so. But these scenes will be quick and to the point examples.
T's are line up. Nice and tight line, one runs at a CT. Gets his head blown off by a single round. *Giant Green Check Mark Across The Screen*. Good ping sound, as an effect.
Well then fade into a scene at Prison break, lined up across the no smoking wall. We'll have an odd angle down to see a T pull a pistol, and a CT looking down the line shoot everyone. Then a giant red. X will pop on the screen with an alarm sounding effect.
This, is our first scene. It shouldn't take longer then 30 minutes to get the different shots needed. And I will warn you, we've got 35 people so far. And if we fill the server up with 24 people, most of you will just be waiting around. Or crouching. These are small, voice scenes. It will be the Narrator, and Poldena2, or Firecracker for the free killing stage.
This, is going to start off the "Jail Cell" Rule movie, if, you guys think it's decent.
Scene 2
Rule: Unethical Sprays
C* = Camera Instructions
C* The camera will be in the jail yard, a little about everyone, maybe standing on top of the merry go round, or something of the like.
During this scene the T's will be playing/chilling in the playground
C* For the first few seconds the camera is focused on the T's, eventually the camera will slowly turn torwards the Main Entrance.
At the Main Entrance, both doors open at the same time, quickly 2 CT's run outside and stand on both sides of the door. Winter's (Head CT) walks out the door followed by a squad of CT's (In columns).
C* The camera now does a close up of Winters
Winters stands their silently for a few moments surronded by his guard, then he shouts "Last one to the wall.. Dies."
C* The camera, could do a close up of a T here, were you can see the rest of the T's
The T's turn and run the wall
C* The cameras now viewing all the T's from the side
At this point all hell breaks lose. Basically the scene will be panicing T's running by the camera.
C* Camera's now following Winters
When they reach the wall they all crowd up.
Then winters says "Starscream(or someone)" Then like 6 CT's all waste Starscream. Next Winter's will declare theirs a spray contest. Quietly the T's chit-chat in panic to each other.
C* Scene fades into darkness
(Camera still on Winters, Like a Locked free chase camera in spec)
Winters will stroll down the line examining the sprays, until he Comes across Geno's(Or whoever). Behind Geno lies a spray of Evil in Its most pure form
The spray holds a almost nude girl, with text saying "!@#%! Death to eGO!! JOIN UBER MASTERS OF DOOM!!"
C* Camera backs up a little now
Winters flips out here "Muwhaha.. Geno, did I ever tell you about the time I killed a man with my took?"
He shakes his head
"Good". Winters Screams, scene cuts short.
Geno being the smug little person he is plays dumb. Winter's being a veteran Jailer handles the problem (Decide letter how to handle it)
C* The scene comes backs, Winters is now in the Bathroom tiding up. The camera will be infront of Winters pointed towards his face, highenough that you can't see someone crouch behind Winters.
At this point Geno slowing rises from the Ground a Silenced USP in hand. Winters turns around to go to bed when he sees the gun "Geno, but ho............."
C* The scene ends fading into darkness

Article II, Section B, Subsection 2: Ct’s Without Mics.
Map: Luxuryjail v1
Location: Tree and back wall, AWP tower
Needed:

Story
There is a CT with a gun trained at a T (The T knows the rules, that orders can not be given over text). The CT gives some stuff over text, he says: Get on the back wall or you will be shot. The T shakes his head no. The T then proceeds to run all over the tree (but staying on the tree itself). The CT gives the order one more time. When the T does not comply, the CT kills the T. The 3 other T’s on the wall, who just seconds ago were whispering amongst themselves (in a huddle looking formation), suddenly look at the CT’s and the Dead T’s Body. The T’s all shout something (over mic, Allah?) and run towards the CT’s. The CT’s both die, but not before taking 2 of the T’s down. The last T starts t-bagging the CT’s. While t-bagging the CT’s corpses, a person in the AWP tower shoots him. The camera then switches to the guy in the AWP tower, who then says “Rule Number One, Before You T-Bag CT’s, Make sure we're all dead. Muwhahaha" Then, The CT’s win the match.
Camera Angles
The camera will get a close up side shot of the CT and T.
Then the camera does a switch to the CT’s face while he says his lines.
The camera will then do a view of the T jumping and running around the tree (frozen camera).
Another face close up of the CT doing his lines (SAS model?).
Then, The T gets in front of the CT, and the CT kills the T (M4-unsilenced).
Camera does a sudden switch to the T’s huddled around, and the camera will stay in place as they look towards the CT’s.
Camera will back up gradually as they charge.
Camera can choose various angles as the attack ensues.
Then close up of the T T-Bagging CT’s. (not a face close up, just the action)
Then after getting killed by the AWPer, close up of the AWPer doing his lines (SEAL Team)

Section B: Rules as a Guard
Subsection 3: Cannot frame prisoners by throwing weapons on them
Narrator: Planting a gun on a prisoner, is prohibited. The round becomes chaotic for everyone, especially the CTs.
*fades to black*
Camera in armory of Alcatraz.
Guard A grabs his weapons and heads out to the grate.
Camera focuses on a T minding his own business.
T sprays his/her spray and knifes around.
Guard A approaches the T’s cell and looks inside.
Camera is inside the cell showing the T still minding his business and Guard A’s anterior.
Guard A looks at the T and throws his deagle inside.
Camera shows the inside of the cell with the T holding the deagle.
The T “panics” by moving erratically with his mouse.
Camera shows the CT’s face while he yells
Guard A: That CT has a gun!
Shot pauses with a big red X and an “error sound”
Camera then shows the Ct’s back as he shoots into the cell.
Guard A then unloads his m4 into the cell but he misses every shot.
Camera shows the Guard’s profile as he reloads.
Camera then focuses on the T, who has stopped panicing.
The T then headshots the CT.
