Do you think it would be any fun?
Or would it just be too much like the ship with plasmids?

For people who want to try out the multiplayer version of the ship, I have a free pass.

I played "The Ship" that game was so much fun:D, It's a shame no one plays it

I have always wanted bioshock multiplayer but I think it would get stale pretty quickly and its just not the type of game for multiplayer, it would be interesting though.

Its to RPGish for multiplayer

I think it would kind of ruin the game.... It was soo good in singleplayer and thats the way it was meant to be. It just wouldn't work. They only way it could is if it was like big daddys and little sisters vs the "normal" people. Even then it would get old real quick...

I don't see a single thing wrong with Bioshock having multiplayer (given it doesn't take away work from 2K's other games). "Too RPGish?" TF2 has nine classes, and eventually each one will have two sets of gear (or more) to pick and choose from. That's RPGish and it works perfectly. In Bioshock's case, you get a list of plasmids, you get a set amount of slots to equip them, and with proper balancing it'd work out.

Multiplayer is the selling point of games now; if it doesn't have it, it'd better be damn good and present hours of offline play. (Like Bioshock has, Fallout 3, J-RPGs, etc)

That sounds awesome. Bioshock is one of my favorite games, and the multiplayer would be a refreshing change of pace. Still have that trial?

I think it would be good for small private games where everyone cooperated. You'd have to be really creative with game types for it to stay fun though.
