Skate 1 and now Skate 2 are crazy fun
nothing like tony hawk at ALL. I would recommend getting Skate 2(improvements) or renting it first if ur not sure.

Yeah ive been playing the demo and its so fun. The walking is not great but not bad and I heard they fixed that since the demo came out so im so eager to play it.

Ima a huge THPS fan but Skate is cool too (hate all the SKATE ROCKS THPS SUCKS CUZ ITS UNREALISTIC guys)

THPS was cool but I kept just seeing the same game over and over with some new characters.
Skate is more realistic but who cares its a game...

It takes like 30mins to learn and get consistent. I played the demo for Skate 1 a month before it came out so I got to learn some before actually playing.

I played the hell out of the demo on the original, restarting it 3 or 4 times in a row after it expired just to play it again.

Might pick up the original one used just cause I'm that cheap

The first one was fun and so was the demo for #2.... now i just need to get a job so i can go get it lol.

I was never good at the first one,just couldnt get the hang of the flick it, i would try to do a hardflip and end up doing a kickflip :/

This game is so 'flippin' good.

Got it this afternoon and I like it a lot, definitely an awesome game. Not sure if I like it as much as the original Skate, but we will see.

I love this game!!! Downtown is my favorite. I dont wanna leave it but I need to explore the whole city.
