What is the command in console, for when reviewing demos it draws in player positions through walls and objects?

do you mean kind of like a wall hack where you can see through the walls?

Theres wireframe, which turns everything to that and shows players through walls. Its what is used most i think.

First enable cheats after starting the demo: sv_cheats 1

Then enable the wireframe: mat_wireframe 1

Hmmm no, Its along those lines but just one command. Its what you use in demo to see if people are walling. Example, lining up shots through objects, tracing people through walls.

Grrr.. I used to have it saved on a note..

Ok ok I checked the wireframe thing, and its very much like that but only people and weapons are wireframed. Everything else is normal.
