Garry's mod Help

Anyone know how to load Avalanche with Garry's mod? I want to drop a nuke in courtyard!!! !lol

Whenever we find out how to do it in gmod, we should try to make a small server and build contraptions all over the place... lol combine guys will be the wermacht

G-Mod is multiplayer but it lags badly.
