TF2 Update next week

On an other forum with a topic about TF2 someone sent an e-mail to Valve about the release date on the new update of TF2.

Subject: [hlds] Team Fortress 2 Update Coming Next Week

There is still some work going into the next update for Team Fortress 2. We were hoping to have this out this week, but with the extra testing we need to do, the update has been pushed back to early next week. This update will include the timeout fix during map change.

Great, with the timeout fix happening then there will be no reason that rotation severs will be empty.

The biggest problem with the Payload rotation(and other map change servers) was that every time the server switched to a new map, the server would empty out. But I bet half those people were due to this bug. So fix the bug and maybe we'll see a return to the PL_Rotation server that was so loved by so many people.

maybe we could have a scout achievement party. Anyone who doesn't want to farm their achievements can not go, but those who just want to get the achievements done and get the new weapons can go and have some fun .

You know the same thing happens sometimes on 2Fort Instant, I thought it was just a random occurance but I had it happen at least three times.
