Need a cleaner image.

This is the image I need to clear up a bit.

As you can see the color is not really clean and it just looks like it's on old paper.
I would like the color to remain the same as well as the shape, the border and all. No changes in size either although if you can get rid of the white back ground so it's just the border and what's inside, that would be terrific.

Here's the image you wanted with a solid green. I have three different shades to choose from. If you want it another way, be sure to let me know. Also, there is no white in the image, including inside the C. I wasn't sure if you wanted just the outside or both.
