I like the 3 most basic guns : M4, AK and Scout.

3. Close range would be auto shotty ( m5 I think )

After my previous comment, I tried some other guns. Turns out I'm quite good with the UMP! Strange.

M4, because its easy to control, and its 5.56mm rifle rounds is enough to put down anyone, at any range.
