Commands are available in the private forums. Admins get access to tha once promoted.

When people get Promoted they will have access to private parts of the forums where they will have lots of Information and help with commands and how to access admin menu and stuff. There is no need for anyone to worry about not knowing commands and such since we will help all of our new Admins.
