PSP for backing stuff up?

Has anyone else every thought about using your PSP to back up your music/video/photos?

It works fairly well for me... considering I just now thought about putting 87 songs on a 2GB memory stick as "backing up"

lol, not really since I only have about 100 MB free out of 2 GB on my PSP.

If I need any thing backed up, I secretly put it on my sisters in the same network.
She wonders why I ask to use her PC so much. >.>

couldn't you just use a memory card reader?

yea it uses duo, but i plug the psp up via USB, faster writing speed and such

exactly beta, i have my psp hacked so that it can play emulator games (unfortunately can only play nes rite now) but i have a 4gb stick in mine & have well over 300 songs on my card & prob gonna upgrade to get an 8gb card sometime in the near future.

external hard drive FTW. Iam a pack rat when it comes to backing up programs and work.

But use my 8gig cell for transferring files from one computer to another

I have my PSP,, i have been going around the forums (acidmod/pspmod) im trying to hack mine so i can have the use of any emulator etc. What i really want is to enable the usb port on the PSP to connect an external hard drive to it. I want more space than 8gigs.
