What's all this about Vent? I don't get it. I understand it's like a microphone chat room and that's about it. 1: How do you get it, 2: Do you have to your mic, cause mine is not working as I type this. So how does this all work? If you could help me I would really appreciate it because everyone keeps saying theyre in-Vent while they're in-game, and for stuff like road trips it says you have to be in Vent. Thank you for the help.

how it works there are rooms you can join any room you feel like and all you have to do is press a button to talk to other people

I just sent up Ventrilo last week. It's a clan specific chat, you can voice chat with people while you play. There are rooms for individual maps, plus other specialized rooms like general, private, etc.

It's a super good way to get to know people, especially when they're not in-game. I highly recommend it. If nothing else it's just another tool.

Plus we have meetings in there so it's a good tool to get, even without a mic
