Question about Flash

What program do you guys use to animate flash avatars and Signatures, just wondering. Thnx guys

Are you sure you don't mean GIFs? Flash files (SWF) aren't usually permitted to be used as sigs/avatars on most sites.

But anyway, the official program is Adobe Flash.
