So I was playing bioshock on the first level. I had just rescued a little sister, so she ran off. As I was making my way to the lil cart thing to go to Neptune's bounty or w/e, I found the second little sister and her big daddy. After destroying the big daddy (took multiple times), I went off to find the little sister. But when I went upstairs, there was another big daddy! Does each little sister get two of them or something? Or was this just a crappy glitch?

Yeah, if a Big Daddy doesn't have a little sister, you can follow him until he gets to a vent in the wall. He will bang on it and a little sister will come out. And if a Big Daddy kills you, the little sister will disappear and you will have to find another big daddy. If you have all the sisters in a level (check by pressing ESC) its best just to avoid the big daddies.

Actually, in that first part I'm almost positive there is a glitch...after you free the two little sisters you will find a third big daddy walking around. Hope that helps...granted my version is the 360 version so that might not help...
