I really have no experiance with Zone Alarm..
I'm sure if you Google "Port Forwarding in Zone Alarm" theres a thousand links that tell you how to do it.

You need to portforward in your router itself
Don't search for zonealarm, search for Steam HL2 server

Port forwarding IS opening ports.
Depending on your router, open up a web browser and type in your IP address. (Mine is 192.168.1.1). Then, find an area called "Port Forwarding", and type in the required ports found on www.portforward.com.

If you need any more help, just post here.

ok, iv forwarded the ports now, my next issue when i open dedicated server it had the default names ect. in the box's (i hope that makes scence)

edit: scratch that when i ran it through it works fine thanks
how do you edit the front page when pubs have just join. e.g. for eGO me have ubercloked's advert as the front page.
for some reason no one can join, not even me(i can if i click on it in my favourite servers list, iv forworded the ports that were in the tutorial in tf2 division discussions any ideas ?

Hmm, I'm sorry, but that's all I know. Make sure your running the server on your external IP (64.229.178.172 for example) instead of your other IP (192.168.1.1 for example).

Also, make sure all your firewalls (including Windows firewall) is allowing the ports through.

EDIT: Oh, and to edit the MOTD, there should be a file called "motd.txt" without the quotes, somewhere in your TF2 directory, where the server is installed.
