Best liquid cooling company?

alright so cost is not an issue, but im not looking for nitro cooling or anything cold like that. Just a normal liquid cooling system.

My question is,

are there any liquid cooling companies better than Koolance that offers better quality cooling products that would be more efficient at cooling? or is koolance pretty much the best? thanks

plz be patient im just startin to research liquid cooling, plan to install it (whatever i get) during summer.

Well i dont know much on water cooling but i know that there are plenty of people on overclock.net that do and there are many threads there. Even just for researching itll help you out.
