when will valve make meet the Medic, Pyro, Spy?

Valve once said that Meet the Medic would be released in 2008, but instead they made Meet the Scout, so I guess the medic one is up next, this summer maybe? And then I guess for Spy and then Pyro. Or maybe Meet the Medic will come out along with the Scout pack?
