Instant Respawn VS Click-To-Respawn

Would be nice if someone sometime somehow finds this thread, decides click-to-respawn is a good idea (because of the funny kill cam screenshots) and makes the second 2fort server even better by changing it from IR into C2R (Click 2 Respawn).

Out of the 2 I'd go C2R. I enjoy the death cam and I also enjoy IR.

My motivation to not die is my KDR so...

Of course it is...there are plenty of servers that have this mod .

I voted click to spawn anyways. It's like saying that everyone would like a cookie better than a brownie and not giving them a choice even when it takes no extra effort to let them choose .

Anyways...yes the mod is confusing at first if you don't know the mod is installed on the server because you will join a "instant respawn server" and just wait for the respawn. Then the next 5 seconds you start raging and smashing your keyboard because your not respawning. Then you would look up at the screen and read out loud "Click to respawn" /facepalm. Next thing you know you're having a blast

I think having the option to choose is best. If you know how you died then you don't need to see who killed you (unless you want screenshot). But if you die from some weird angle and you couldn't even see the guy, then you might want to see where he was. I voted for click-to-respawn.

Aside from the fact that most of this community would be willing to try it out, how would other non eGO players think about it? Could you possible run it on click to spawn for a couple of days to see how it effects the server?
