i7 CPU Crashing in multiple games.

I have a 1000 wattage power supply and the P6T Deluxe Motherboard.

I've removed 6 gb of RAM so now I only have 6 gb right now, I also tried disabling SLI and still no difference in crashing, and I tried disabling phyX GPU acceleration yet it still crashes. Maybe it has to do with this version of graphics card, so I might have to play the waiting game until nvidia will release a new driver update.

But what PSU do you have exactly? Wattage isn't all the matters. I once bought a 800W PSU, but it couldn't run my computer that should have run on 500 because the amps/rail was terrible.

And maybe consider dual-booting with Vista 32 if that's possible?

That is a pretty nasty setup you got there.
The error you are describing is not your system memory or your processor.
I used to use ATI cards and when I switched to Nvidia and SLI I started to get these fun crashes when I over loaded the memory attached to the GPU.
I would run multiple clients on lineage2, With the ati setup I could have up to about 6 instances open, With my Nvidia setup I couldn't pass 3 without running out of GPU memory even though the nividia card had twice as much ram.
Two things can cause what you are describing, Bad memory or memory controller on your new shiny graphics card, or an issue with you 64bit nvidia display drivers.

To start I would pull out one of your cards and reinstall the display driver and go for a game at all high settings, if the error happens agian I would repeat this process with the other card. If this fails with the other card I would repeat the process in a different PCIX slot to make sure your mother board isn't hiding a problem.

Being on the bleeding edge has its ups and downs.

I recently upgraded my computer and my high end graphic games like GTA IV, Unreal Tournament 3, and Crysis keep crashing when ever I'm in-game, I last like 10-15 minutes then it either freezes or says "Game".exe has stopped working

I have:

Processor: Intel? Core™ i7 CPU 960 @ 3.20ghz
RAM: 12.0gb
Graphics Card: Two EVGA Geforce 280's in Sli mode
Operating System: Vista Ultimate x64 bit

I've tried changing operating systems and reinstalling everything from scratch but still no difference, at first I thought it was something to do with my DVD ROM but it still crashes when I switched between a multiple ones. Some times I get a error saying GTA IV encountered a Fatal Error and video is out of memory please reboot computer and some times it just freezes and you have to ctrl-alt-del to close the game. I have the latest display drivers for my video card and my GTA IV is fully updated to 1.02 same with UT3 and Crysis. Please help, because I'm so close to downgrading back to my mediocre duel core.

your over heating make sher your cpu fan is on completely and u got Enif cooling gel on it if that don't work open the side of your pc up and point a box fan directly into it if that don't work run your games it compatibility mode for windows xp service pack 2 then try to see if your computer is over heating somewhere ells install this see where its in the red http://www.intel.com/design/motherbd/software/idu/ thats all i can think of hope you fix it
o one more thing my bro had the same problem it turned out his ram was getting to hot.
