How do I get into the council? Me so dumb

For console, you must enable console in your steam options and from then on press ~ (AKA tilde AKA the key above tab) to access console.

To access council you must give John T your first born child and like 50 bucks.

actually donating has nothing to do with promotinon. council you have to be in the clan for a LONG time

I'm pretty sure he means council, it'd be hard to misspell console and get council from it. If you wanna be in the council you have to start collecting pineapples, once you get a really good collection they'll come looking for you.
